Chocolate & Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Impress your family this Christmas with a tasty Chocolate & Cinnamon Loaf.


Dough 1

  • 500 g flour

  • 10g dry instant yeast

  • 50 g sugar

  • 3 tablespoons vanilla

  • 350 ml warm water

Dough 2

  • 500 g strong bread flour

  • 10g dry instant yeast

  • 50 g sugar

  • 50 g cocoa powder

  • 350 ml warm water


1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and gradually add the warm water.

2. Mix it for about 5 minutes on medium speed, let it rest for an hour.

3. Roll out the dough, place dough 1 at the bottom and dough 2 at the top, add sugar, cinnamon and chocolate.

4. Roll the dough together, like a roulade. Let it rise for an hour. Brush the bread with some plant milk and syrup. Bake for 20-30 minutes (180 degrees).
