How To Make Delicious Creamy Hummus
I love hummus so much, especially when it’s homemade! This is the recipe I always use, I’ve modified it over time and now it is absolutely perfect. Especially if you love a garlic/lemony hummus!
Ingredients
¼ cup of lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon cumin
½ cup of tahini
2 tablespoons of ice water (add more if needed)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can of chickpeas
Instructions
Add garlic and lemon juice in a food processor and pulse a few times
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy (the longer you blend, the creamier it'll be)
Enjoy with your favourite bread!
