vegan double choc chip cookies
This vegan choc chip cookie recipe is made with white chocolate, dark chocolate and got small chunks of chopped pecans. They're crunchy on the outside, and gooey in the middle. They are guaranteed to melt in your mouth.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Baking time: 10-12 minutes

Servings: 10-12 cookies


  • 140 g vegan butter

  • 270 g light brown sugar

  • 50 ml oat milk

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 190 g plain flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 60 g vegan white chocolate (use half in the dough and half on top of the cookies)

  • 60 g vegan dark chocolate (use half in the dough and half on top of the cookies)

  • 10 g pecans (chopped)


  1. Preheat oven to 180°c degrees.

  2. Add vegan butter and sugar to a medium-sized bowl, and give it a whisk.

  3. Now add the rest of the ingredients, and mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Use an ice cream scooper or tablespoon to scoop out the dough. It should be shaped like a small ball.

  5. Add more chocolate on top of the cookies and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
