Vegan Farfalle Pasta

I've always wanted to make pasta but I always put it off because I thought it would be too difficult, well.. I was wrong because It is honestly one of the easiest things I've ever tried to make!


  • 2 1/2 cups of flour (I used plain flour)

  • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper (you can use as many spices you want)

  • 3/4 cup of water (you can always add more or less)


1. Make pasta dough

2. Knead for about 10 minutes

3. Let it rest in the fridge for 20-30 minutes

4. Roll out thinly and cut the dough, you can make any shape or form you want. I made Farfalle and Fettuccine with this dough!

5. Boil for 2-4 minutes
