Easy Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

About the Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup white sugar

• 1/2 cup plant butter (I used Naturli)

• 3 tbsp vanilla essence

• 1 cup plain flour

• 1/2 cup cocoa powder

• 1 tsp baking powder

• 1-3 tbsp plant milk (I used Naturli oat milk, you want it to be thick but not dry)


Optional:

I added 1/4 cup of oats in half of the dough (If you love oats I would definitely recommend it!)

1/4 cup chocolate chips (if you want them to be more chocolatey)

Preparation

1. Add plant butter and sugar to a bowl and mix until creamy, then add vanilla, flour, cocoa, baking powder and mix well.


2. Shape them into balls (around 15).


3. Bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.


4. While the cookies are still hot, add chocolate chips on top and let them cool.
