Green Pesto Pasta Dish | Vegan Chikin


GREEN PESTO PASTA


INGREDIENTS

  • 50g basil

  • ½ cup hard vegan

  • cheese

  • 40g pine nuts (save 10g

  • for topping)

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • (optional)

  • ½ cup olive oil (add

  • more if needed)

  • ½ tsp salt and pepper


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Blend basil and pine nuts for 30 seconds. Add cheese, garlic and oil, and blend until it’s got a creamy texture.


2. Add the pesto to your favourite pasta, garnish with olive oil, grated cheese and roasted pine nuts.
