Crispy cauliflower wings coated in hot sauce! These are perfect on their own or as a side dish🔥 This is one of the best ways to serve cauliflower if you ask me. They are hot, crispy and deep-fried, which let's be real, everything tastes better deepfried.
Ingredients:
• 1 head of cauliflower
• 1 cup plain flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 cup oat milk
• 3 tbsp paprika
• 2 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt and pepper (or to taste)
• 5 tbsp Franks hot sauce
• 3 tbsp syrup
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a big frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add flour, baking powder and all the spices to a bowl and whisk it together, then add the plant milk, syrup and hot sauce, mix well.
3. Dip the cauliflower florets in flour, then in the batter and lastly the breadcrumbs.
4. Fry them until they are golden brown
5. Glaze them with more hot sauce and sprinkle some parsley on top, enjoy!🔥
