Did you know that you can make ice cream without an ice cream machine? I sure didn't, which is why I never tried making it. All you need to make delicious vegan chocolate ice cream is vegan cream, vegan condensed milk, and cocoa powder, that's it! It's so incredibly easy and straightforward. Let's make it!
Ingredients
This is what you need to make vegan chocolate ice cream:
Vegan Cream: You can use any cream you want, I prefer using oat double cream by Oatly, it tastes just like traditional cream
Vegan Condensed Milk: You can make your own or use the condensed milk from Nestle
Cocoa Powder: Any cocoa powder will work, you just need to make sure it is unsweetened, or else your ice cream will taste like pure sugar
Vegan Chocolate Chips: I recommend adding chocolate chips to your ice cream, it gives it a nice crunch, and who doesn't love extra chocolate
