Scrambled Tofu | Easy Vegan Breakfast

Is there anything better than scrambled tofu in the morning?šŸ’›šŸ¤¤


Ingredients

ā€¢ 1 pack of silken tofu

ā€¢ 1 tbsp plant butter

ā€¢ 1/2 tsp garlic powder

ā€¢ 1/2 tsp turmeric

ā€¢ 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

ā€¢ Salt and pepper (to taste)


(You can add whatever you like, this is just how I like itšŸ˜)


Instructions

1. Melt plant butter in a pan, add tofu, spices and cook for 2-3 mins


2. Add the scrambled tofu to your favourite bread and sprinkle nutritional yeast, sriracha and salt and pepper on topšŸ‘Œ
