Scrambled Tofu | Easy Vegan Breakfast

Is there anything better than scrambled tofu in the morning?💛🤤


• 1 pack of silken tofu

• 1 tbsp plant butter

• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

• 1/2 tsp turmeric

• 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

• Salt and pepper (to taste)

(You can add whatever you like, this is just how I like it😏)


1. Melt plant butter in a pan, add tofu, spices and cook for 2-3 mins

2. Add the scrambled tofu to your favourite bread and sprinkle nutritional yeast, sriracha and salt and pepper on top👌
