Easy and delicious vegan M&M cookies. They're crunchy, sweet, and taste amazing! Keep these in the freezer so you'll always have backup cookies ready to eat.
Prep-time: 5 minutes
Baking time: 10-15 minutes
Servings: 6 cookies
INGREDIENTS
180g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
120g plant butter
100g white sugar
100g brown sugar
2 flax eggs (recipe here)
50ml oat milk (add more if needed)
2 tbsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup vegan M&Ms (I used D&D)
handful of chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and mix until well incorporated. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Use an ice cream scooper to shape the cookies, add them to a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
4. After baking, add the M&Ms to the cookies, while they're still hot (as shown in the video). Enjoy :-)
